Accepting Submissions for Otaku Java

Hope everyone is having some wonderful winter holidays, I know I am.

AMS will be asking for Article submissions and Art submissions for it up coming Otaku Java that will be sold at our booth at KK.

Article submission can be about anything Anime, Manga, and/or Game related, or event related (i.e. reviews on the past semester showings, recent games you played, experiences from conventions, etc…) *remember to site anything you use from a formal editorials (web, magazines, etc…)

Art submissions must be done in at least 300 dpi, originally drawn (no taking from other people), black & white. other than that it can be anything (original characters, anime characters, video game characters, etc…).

We will also be doing a contest for this year’s cover, winner will get a prize (TBD) Must be 300dpi, color, and fit Legal size (8.5 x 14) landscaped. Must include the AMS mascots. it can be any type setting. ( see photo album for examples)

Everything is due by Feb 3 2012 11:59pm in order for it to be included in this years Otaku Java. send all Submissions to: AMS [at] hawaii [dot] edu
